Ingredients
- 2 cups split black gram flour (Adad no lot)
- 2 cups clarified ghee
- 1/2 cup gum (gund)
- 2 cup of sugar powder
- 1/2 cup readymade adadiya masala powder
- 1 cup chopped dry fruits for garnish
How To Make Adadiya Pak
Step 1

Add urad daal atta in a mixing bowl now add ghee and mix it very well. Rub the flour with palm for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Heat ghee in a pan and fry edible gum on high flame. Finely chopped edible gun and keep aside.
Step 3
Heat the ghee in Kadai or heavy bottom Kadai. Add flour mixture.
Step 4
Continuously stir it on medium flame till the mixture is brown in color.
Step 5
Now add sugar powder in that mixture. When flour starts to get brown color, add fried edible gum. Saute for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Now add readymade adadiya masala powder to that mixture. Now continuously stir it.
Step 7
Turn off the flame and add chopped nuts. Mix well. Allow the mixture to cool a bit.
Step 8
Allow it to set for a while. Give a shape of your choice.
